Posizione: La risorsa, all'interno del Quality & Enterprise Risk Management, risponde al Quality R&D manager.

Opera a stretto contatto con il personale di R&D, Operations e le diverse aree aziendali, nell'applicazione delle metodologie preventive delle problematiche di processo e di prodotto, e per garantirne l'affidabilità.

In particolare, segue l'implementazione e l'utilizzo degli strumenti informatici per le analisi di rischio del design di prodotto e la prevenzione delle relative non conformità in produzione e presso i clienti.

Con focus sulla Qualità del processo Sviluppo Prodotto, analizza periodicamente le Performance di Qualità (Q-KPIs), conduce audit e promuove il miglioramento degli standard di lavoro.

Forma i colleghi delle varie aree con cui si è in relazione, al fine di favorire l'adozione e l'applicazione delle diverse metodologie quali DFMEA, PFMEA e simili, per la prevenzione e il miglioramento della Qualità.

Requisiti: Laurea o diploma in discipline scientifiche Esperienza di almeno due anni in ambito Qualità Conoscenza ed esperienza come auditor in ambito IATF 16949 e ISO 9001 Esperienza sulle metodologie di DFMEA, PFMEA, Cross Impact Analysis, Process Flow, Control Plan e classificazione dei requisiti di prodotto Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e degli strumenti statistici Certificazione Black Belt Conoscenza della lingua inglese Dinamicità, problem solving e assertività
