ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB   We are looking for a Quality Engineering Manager who will join the Quality team based in Sedico (BL).
The main target will be: develop KPI's, ensure product quality and implement quality policies.
AREAS OF RESPONSIILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:   •    Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions •    Develop KPIs for monitoring product and process quality •    Organize, manage, coordinate and supervise the work of cross-functional teams aimed at improving the quality of product-processes •    Manage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions •    Ensure product quality in accordance with reference regulations and company standards •    Train and develop personnel on quality practices •    Develop, implement and monitor quality policies and procedures •    Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards •    Actively participate in the qualification and validation of products ensuring that all validation standards are met.
•    Lead the risk analysis and create a validation plan summarizing the results.
•    Manage and coordinate the quality control team within the plant (potential) •    Collaborate with "suppliers" to ensure the quality of raw materials and components (potential)       PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE   •    Good scientific background, with a Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Biomedical Engineering •    Having a deep knowledge of the office package, especially advanced Excel  •    Project Management skill for high demanding projects related to the Quality world •    Knowledge of the regulations in force  WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
