GSK, alla luce del lancio di un farmaco innovativo per il trattamento della mielofibrosi e di un futuro impegno nel trattamento del mieloma multiplo, è alla ricerca di uno/a Specialist Ematologia che si occupi di informazione medica in ambito specialistico sul territorio di riferimento assegnato.

La posizione verrà inserita all'interno del Servizio Scientifico aziendale che, nel rispetto delle normative di legge ed aziendali vigenti, prevede l'attività di informazione medica presso gli Operatori Sanitari e Farmacisti Ospedalieri, illustrando loro le caratteristiche farmacologiche e terapeutiche dei farmaci al fine di assicurarne il corretto ed appropriato impiego.

Area di competenza: Toscana Key Responsibilities Promuovere e spiegare il valore dei prodotti GSK a tutti gli interlocutori di riferimento, comunicando loro i messaggi chiave dal punto di vista scientifico.
Aggiornare costantemente le proprie conoscenze scientifiche e di ruolo e di prendere attivamente e coscienziosamente parte alla formazione scientifica erogata dall'impresa anche con il supporto degli strumenti aziendali.
Garantire una comunicazione efficace e coerente con i bisogni degli operatori sanitari e farmacisti ospedalieri, pianificando e organizzando l'attività di informazione scientifica in coerenza con il piano definito a livello di Business Unit Onco-Ematologia.
Essere responsabile dell'esecuzione di iniziative di formazione/aggiornamento scientifico per gli operatori sanitari e farmacisti ospedalieri come integrazione ai colloqui individuali in ottemperanza alla normativa vigente e al modello commerciale di GSK.
Proporre e diffondere l'uso dei nuovi media (es. web conference sistemi digital, come richiesto dal nuovo modello HCP engagement) per l'informazione scientifica e diffonderne l'uso anche per la formazione scientifica collettiva, interfacciandosi con la Medica regionale.
Contribuire all'implementazione del Key Account Action Plan per il territorio di competenza in modo collaborativo secondo la strategia nazionale.
Why You? Qualifications & Skills Essenziali: Siamo alla ricerca di professionisti con le seguenti competenze:

Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia, Scienze Biologiche, Chimica con indirizzo organico o biologico, Farmacia, CTF e in generale conseguimento di titolo di studio compatibile per legge con lo svolgimento del ruolo di Informazione Scientifica (vedi Decr. Legge 219/2006 e successivi aggiornamenti).
Residenza nella zona di competenza (Toscana).
Esperienza significativa in ambito specialistico e con prodotti innovativi.
Capacità di relazione e networking, proattività, flessibilità ed orientamento al risultato.
Capacità di lavorare in Team e collaborare con le funzioni cross che operano nel territorio di competenza.
Capacità di tradurre le conoscenze scientifiche in strategie/attività orientate al business.
Qualifications & Skills Preferibili: Le seguenti caratteristiche saranno considerate un plus:

Esperienza pregressa in ambito onco-ematologico e malattie rare.
Essere efficace nella risoluzione di problemi e gestione di conflitti, capacità di affrontare questioni gestionali e situazioni complesse.
Capacità di operare in modo inter-funzionale e lavorare bene in un ambiente a matrice, bilanciare le priorità e gestire molteplici attività attraverso una buona pianificazione e organizzazione.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.
