Que fait-on ? Née en 2021, de l'envie de rendre les villes moins polluées et moins bruyantes, Electra participe à basculer les usages vers la mobilité électrique en s'attaquant au frein principal qu'est la recharge.
Electra innove constamment pour faciliter la recharge des véhicules électriques avec un réseau de hubs de recharge rapide (15 à 30 minutes maximum) et une expérience utilisateur simplifiée à son maximum. Basées à Paris, Lyon, Bruxelles, Milan, Zurich, Vienne et Madrid, les équipes d'Electra ont pour objectif de déployer un réseau de 14 500 points de charge rapide d'ici 2030, fières de participer à la transition énergétique en France et en Europe.

La mission de l'équipe PerfOps ?
développer ou améliorer les outils et process internes exploiter les metrics opérationnelles clé afin d'augmenter la performance globale. Et ce, au service de toutes les équipes d'Electra : sales, revenue, ops, logistics, procurement, corporate, etc…
Durant ton stage, tu seras au service des équipes Sales et Revenue et tes missions seront les suivantes :
Process & tools ?
Créer ou améliorer des process internes afin d'augmenter l'efficience des équipes commerciales Être garant·e de notre CRM Hubspot et tous les process / automations / reporting qui y sont attachés. Assister les équipes Sales et Revenue dans leur prospection avec du scraping ciblé Data & analysis Créer et optimiser des rapports dynamiques afin d'aider les équipes sales à piloter l'activité commerciale Participer à l'analyse et à l'optimisation de la performance commerciale avec notre outil de BI (Metabase) à destination du top management Contribuer à renforcer l'intégrité de la donnée CRM pour de meilleures analyses Onboarding & sales enablement Formalisation et documentation des process (Miro, Notion) Training des équipes afin d'assurer la bonne adoption des outils et des process Tu auras l'occasion d'être responsabilisé·e rapidement sur des projets stimulants et transverses ainsi que d'échanger avec des stakeholders dans toute l'Europe.
Profil recherché Tu es actuellement étudiant·e en formation supérieure bac+5 (idéalement école de commerce, école d'ingénieur). Idéalement, tu as une 1ère expérience sur des fonctions similaires.
Tu as un bon niveau d'anglais (l'espagnol, l'italien, l'allemand ou le néerlandais est un plus). Capacité à être organisé·e, à travailler sur plusieurs sujets en même temps et à prioriser tes actions Autonomie dans le travail et aisance à aller chercher les ressources auprès des différentes équipes pour faire avancer un projet Aisance avec les chiffres et l'analyse de données : maitrise d'Excel, SQL facultatif mais très apprécié. Une connaissance d'un CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce...) est un atout (mais non requis) Tu es dynamique, tu aimes le challenge et as envie de rejoindre un secteur en constante évolution.
