**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a WW Retail Operations Intern as part of our dynamic Retail Operations team in Milan.
- How you will contribute:_
- Projects:_
- Support WW Retail Operations team in managing several Retail Operations projects, such as:_
- Certificate of Craft developments and roll out
- Store Capacity Calculator implementation and Stockroom optimization initiatives
- Omnichannel after sales project roll-out
- After Sales ticketing tool roll-out
- Other Retail Operations projects
- After Sales:_
- Support WW Retail Ops team in_
- Implementing retail procedures and best practices
- Designing and performing online and in person training for after sales experts in store
- Cooperating with Industrial team to ensure the best quality standard in store
- Coordinating Customer Care for client’s requests
- Monitoring After Sales performance KPIs and service level in store
- Other activities:_
- Support the team in the ordering flow for non-merchandising items
- Support the team in weekly activities and meetings with the regional counterparts
- Participate to Market visits to ensure Retail standards are applied consistently in the retail network
- Perform competitor analysis and mystery shopping activities
- Who you are:_
- Degree in Economics or Fashion Business
- Previous experience in Retail or in a similar role is a plus
- Previous experience in digital tools is a plus
- Fluent in English, Italian is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High orientation to details and solution focused approach
