**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a WW Visual Merchandising Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
- How you will contribute?_

Creation of guideline
- Support the VM team on the creation of digital guidelines.
- Participate to the mock-up and best practices exercise.
- Support VM team on guideline shooting

Project coordination & data collection:

- Pro-actively support on the organisation of key projects (mock-up tests, showroom, Re-sees, takeover, special launches)
- Create regional surveys for key project and launches.
- Data collection on WW level (photo report, furniture survey)

Support Field action:

- Participate setup of showrooms and re-sees.
- Support Regional rotation.

Cross functionality:

- Collaborate with Architecture department on specific projects (new store opening, product info, VM requirement, props,)
- Collaborate with Merchandising department to collect product information relative to store display.
- Support Central VM team coordinating and updating the VM information related to global marketing Project.
- Who you are?_
- Successful studies in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management or any equivalent studies;
- Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English,
- Previous experience in Retail or Marketing or Merchandising (internships included) is a plus;
- Aesthetical sensibility, product knowledge and passion for Fashion combined with an analytical mindset;
- Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Confidentiality;
- Teamwork and good relational skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Photoshop
