**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an eRetail Merchandiser as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
- How you will contribute:_
- Perform seasonal catalogue’s cleaning aligning internal and external stakeholders on the RTV process. Work with internal operations teams to ensure all products to be stock ready in time for launch to deliver strong collection messages and alignment with marketing campaigns
- Actively support on all stages of the buying campaigns, being the point of reference for internal and external stakeholders on campaign’s operations with the aim to build partners assortments within tight deadlines
- Define and manage the carry-over catalog, working with internal supply chain and planning making sure each partner has the right depth and breadth to sustain business growth
- Track and analyze key performance indicators. Provide weekly, monthly, YTD product analysis on partner’s sell through, best-selling styles, stock position and category performances
- Collaborate with external partners to define and maintain the assortment and ensure merchandising strategy in the best commercial way providing VM guidelines to create a visual journey balanced between commercial needs and collection messages
- Who you are:_
- Minimum 2 / 3 years of experience in eCommerce / eConcessions merchandising
- In-depth eCommerce knowledge and experience
- Advanced proficiency in excel and power point
- Commercial acumen to provide data-driven suggestions that positively impact the business
- Digital savvy, with a strong understanding of online retail trends and technology
- Fluent in English
