**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a Retail HR Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
- How you will contribute:_
- Giving support to the HR Manager in all the daily activities related to employees’ life-cycle events in the Company (hiring, onboarding and people management)
- Managing contacts with Universities, Business Schools and liaise with career services in order to recruit talented newly graduates
- Monitoring the monthly deadlines related to the employment/internship and keep employees' information (hirings & leavings, contract, role and compensation changes, etc) updated within the HR system (Workday)
- Organizing and handling onboarding meetings with new employees/interns
- Collaborating in the monitoring of HR budget
- Who you are:_
- BA/MA in Humanities, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology
- At least 2 years' experience in HR roles within fashion luxury companies preferably with a focus on retail business
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint), previous knowledge of Workday is considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Precision, attention to the details, flexibility and with team working attitude
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
