**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Intern (curricular internship) as part of our Human Resources team based in Milan.
How you will contribute
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications;
- Monitor learning campaigns and training completion;
- Promote learning offers through internal communication on internal social media;
- Support with administrative tasks with external suppliers (i.e. contracts, invoices), updating department budget and costs;
- Track and analyze learning data, record training courses data on Excel and company tools.
- Contribute to the annual Performance and Development review process in creating learning content to facilitate the deployment of the Performance and Development review process
- Follow-up on Performance and Development review process in partnership with HR Business Partners and monitoring completion data.
Who you are
- Collaborative, passionate and curious
- Bachelor’s degree
- Able to activate a curricular internship
- Proficient with digital tools and Microsoft Office tools (strong command of Excel and Power Point)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Italian will be considered as a plus
