**Job Description**:

- How you will contribute?_
- Ability to make extensive creative research, 3D mock-ups, materials and components sourcing and technical sketches supporting the Leather Goods Design team.
- Works with the LG Design, Product Development, LG Atelier and Merchandising team to develop successful LG collections.
- Ability to work closely with other design team members to help develop cohesive collections within the given deadlines.
- Collaborates with technical teams on all aspects of fit.
- Oversees design boards. Ensures that all boards are done timely and meet the calendar deadlines.
- Creates & delivers product presentations.
- Identifies opportunities and makes suggestions for process improvement.
- Who you are?_
- Graduating from a Fashion/Product Design School
- Strong sketching skills.
- Extremely rigorous and detail oriented.
- Ability in working with 3D mock-ups.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- At least 2 years design experience in a LG or SLG team.
- Excellent taste level & brand awareness.
- Strong sense of color and materials.
- Technical knowledge of leather goods design & product development process.
- Strong Design-software skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong organizational, time management, written & verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
