**Job Description**:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented _Object Designer _to join our Design Team based in Milan. Reporting directly to the _Design Director of Small Leather Goods, Creative Objects and Eyewear_, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative environment and contribute to the development of our Object Design Collections.
- How you will contribute?_- Realize technical files based on iconographic research and inspiration input.- Design a wide range of products (product, furniture, packaging, experience).- Follow product’s technical development processes from launch through to final prototype.- Develop new product category inspiration research, material and technique research.- Collaborate closely with the Licensing, Client Experience, Retail Excellence, Marketing and Packaging Departments.- Make mock ups, technique and 3D trials.
- Who you are?_- BA/MA Degree in Product Design / Architecture or a related field.- Previous work experience in Architecture, Furniture and Product design field.- ⁠Strong artistic skills and a keen eye for detail (Hand drawing, mockuping and prototyping facility).- Ability to research independently.- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep to strict deadlines.- Passionate for fashion, art, architecture, design and design history.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Proficiency in 3D modeling software Rhino and Keyshot (SketchUp, VRay are a plus).- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Italian is a plus.
