Time left to apply: End Date: October 31, 2024 (9 days left to apply)Job Requisition ID: R0005279Job Description:Job Title: MRB AnalystWithin the Initial In-service Safety of Design department, we are looking for a MRB Analyst for our office in Varese - Cascina Costa.Responsibilities:Develop the Preventive Maintenance Program Plan for LH helicopters, primarily based on the use of MSG-3 methodology tools by:Reviewing the equipment/system design (including interfaces with other systems) to ensure maintenance aspects are correctly taken into account;Reviewing the supplier's analyses related to preventive maintenance plan definition;Preparing dedicated dossiers needed to identify preventive maintenance tasks to be included in the Maintenance Manual for LHD products using ATA MSG-3 methodology;Discussing the dossier during Working Groups meetings and presenting results at Industry Steering Committee meetings for acceptance.The main interfaces of the MRB Analyst are the MRB chief project (CP) and the system's specialists other than suppliers, customers, and Certification Authority.
Important for the role is the ability and desire to interact with the different technical areas to ensure a thorough analysis involving a safe integration of all systems at the aircraft level considering maintenance aspects of the design.Requirements:Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace EngineeringExperience/Knowledge in the following is required:Functional Hazard Assessment;Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA);MSG-3 methodologies.Soft Skills:Team Working;Good organizational skills and ability to manage the details of complex processes;Flexibility to deal with different process solutions;Good communication skills;Problem solving.A good knowledge of the English language is required (at least B2).A good knowledge of Office tools.Location:Primary Location: IT - Varese - Cascina CostaContract Type: PermanentAbout Us:International, multicultural, innovative, technological: this is Leonardo.
