L'Account Manager Educationha l'obiettivo di far crescere la penetrazione della tecnologia Apple – in particolare iPad e Mac, prodotti terze parti - presso Scuole, Licei ed Università, pubbliche e private. Promuove quotidianamente i vantaggi della didattica presentandosi come esperto e consulente di riferimento delle istituzioni scolastiche ed interfacciandosi con il corpo docente oltre che con i referenti amministrativi. Il ruolo risponde alSales Manager Education.
Il ruolo prevede le seguenti mansioni:
La mappatura del mercato, l'identificazione dei potenziali clienti - Scuole, licei ed Università - e lo sviluppo di relazioni commerciali;
La vendita tramite presentazione di soluzione tecnologiche e dei vantaggi della didattica con tecnologia Apple presso docenti e figure tecniche;
La preparazione ed invio di offerte commerciali riservate anche in relazione alle normative in vigore per la Pubblica Amministrazione (di cui MEPA e/o Consip);
Il monitoraggio costante delle trattative in corso tramite aggiornamento della pipeline di opportunità;
Contribuire ad identificare marchi e prodotti da proporre al mondo Education in complemento ai device Apple;
Collaborare con Apple oltre che con il team di commerciali dislocati sul territorio nazionale nello sviluppo delle reti e condivisione di success stories e Best Practices;
Analizzare la performance commerciale con la review dei KPI e proporre piani di azioni e campagne;
Definire i budget, il sales mix e forecast di vendita dettagliati per la propria area di competenza;
Monitorare il mercato e la concorrenza e condividere feedback continuo e strutturato.
Esperienze e profilo richiesto:
Almeno5 anni di esperienzain ruolo analogo presso rivenditore strutturato di prodotti, servizi e soluzioni tecnologiche ad istituzioni nel canale "education" (Scuole, Università, Istituzioni Pubbliche e private);
Buona conoscenzadell'ecosistema Apple, Windows oltre che networking, storage, video conferenza, printing, …
Esperienza nell'utilizzo di Microsoft Office estrumenti quali CRM, BI ed ERP;
Discreta conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
Completano il profiloottimecapacità relazionali & organizzative. Spirito di iniziativa, creatività, versatilità, proattività. Sei un commerciale entusiasta e instancabile.
