STATIC EQUIPMENT ENGINEER As STATIC EQUIPMENT ENGINEER, you will conducting the following activities:

Concerning mainly to Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks
A - Development Technology know how and Commercial support
? Provide technical su port
B - Feasibility
? Provide technical support
C - Bidding phase / Commercial proposal development
? Perform the estimation of each item (weight/cost)
? Define the class of good of each item and the relevant level of inspection ? Participate to the preparation of Material Requisitions
? Perform the technical bid analysis under the responsibility of the Static Equipment Specialist Lead
D - Project Execution
? Review Client technical documentation and requirements
? Maintain project technical files
? Control subcontracted discipline engineering documents
?Overview tender or contract documents to identify the disciplinary project requirements, the available data/information and the required scope of work
? Execute studies and engineering relevant to static equipment
? Determine mechanical engineering requirements
? Set up and progress basic and detail engineering activities
? Prepare detail engineering documentation in compliance with the process requirements and technical specifications (equipment mechanical data sheets, etc.)
? Review Client project specifications and requirements
? Provide technical assistance to the project team
? Prepare the technical documentation for the equipment procurement
? Participate to the technical evaluation of bids
? Optimise the technical solutions ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance
? Check the list of spare parts
? Participate in preparing mechanical books
? Ensure Static Equipment suppliers follow-up
? Ensure technical support during plant construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
E - Construction and start up
? Ensure technical support during plant construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
QUALIFICATION:
MASTER DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Well versed with international codes & standards (e.G. API 650, API 661, ASME VIII, etc)
KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE:

PERMANENT CONTRACT

IT SKILLS:
- Well versed with Microsoft office suite, Pvelite, Tank
SOFT SKILLS:
- Possess good interpersonal skill with sound written & oral communication skills
- Highly motivated, well organized, resourceful and proactive
- A team player and able to work under pressure
- 'Problem solving' attitude
- Openness to challenges
- Available to missions in Italy and abroad
