What you'll do:
Your main focus will be the people management of retail stores employees.
You will consult and be aligned with line management, providing guidance and suggestions about HR matters.
You will collect the different requests coming from area managers, store coordinators, and the retail stores general business.
You will supervise the impacts on people when corporate reorganizations, mergers, or possible dismantling occur.
You will thoroughly use our HR information system including hiring, terminations, and onboarding processes.
You will be required to monitor and control the staff number and positions. You will also make analysis and provide solutions for budgeting and forecasting.
Who you are:
You have a master degree in human resources, law, economics, or business administration.
If you have a second level specializing master in Human Resources, it is a strength.
You have between 4 and 6 years of experience in large-scale retail trade or very structured companies.
You have proven and deep knowledge and hard skills about the technical features belonging to the people management field.
You master the national collective bargaining employment contract and its applications.
You also master Microsoft Office with a special focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
You have a strong attitude towards people, creating relationships.
You are a confident speaker.
You are very proactive and self-organized.
You are proficient in English and Italian both written and spoken.
Preferably, you also have:
Previous knowledge of HR ATS platforms. Workday is a plus.
Strong methodologies for analysing and assessing data and reports.
