Principali valori aziendali: Innovazione Sostenibilità e riduzione impatto ambientale Ricerca La risorsa si occuperà di: Gestire il personale; Coordinare il controllo di gestione con attività legate allo staff cost e al budget; Gestire e seguire il processo di ricerca e selezione; Gestire processi amministrativi di tutti gli eventi inerenti al rapporto di lavoro (dimissioni, cessazioni, malattie, infortuni, ferie, procedimenti disciplinari, gestione tirocini, gestione apprendistato); Rilevazione delle presenze, con supporto dei responsabili delle diverse aree; Gestire la documentazione interna e delle ditte in subappalto; Gestire e organizzare i processi formativi; Rapporti con enti esterni, quali consulente del lavoro e società esterne.
A medio/lungo termine è possibile che la risorsa possa assumere un ruolo di coordinamento per l'Ufficio Risorse Umane.
Sei la risorsa ideale se hai i seguenti requisiti: Diploma o Laurea in materie giuridico-economiche; Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in analoga mansione; Conoscenza e utilizzo dei canali di reclutamento; Competenze in merito agli aspetti disciplinari e amministrativi, entrando in merito agli aspetti legati ai cedolini paga.
Soft skills: Ottime capacità organizzative e di problem-solving; Gestione dello stress, precisione, e flessibilità; Orientamento agli obiettivi nel rispetto delle scadenze; Forte propensione all'apprendimento e alla crescita.
Disponibilità: metà agosto/inizio settembre.
Tipologia contrattuale: iniziale tempo determinato finalizzato alla stabilizzazione.
Pacchetto retributivo a budget: package retributivo commisurato alla tua effettiva esperienza e al tuo potenziale; in dotazione saranno forniti pc e telefono aziendale.
Sede di lavoro: Milano Nord.
Orario di lavoro: Full time, con flessibilità oraria.
Benefit: buoni pasto.
