As a Paralegal for Legal Entities Governance (m/f/x), you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:Supporting Solventum subsidiaries in France, Italy, Israel, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal with their annual governance and compliance process and other corporate legal resolutions.Supervising and directing the work of 3rd-party service providers for corporate and subsidiary governance.Maintaining Solventum's corporate records to ensure accuracy and completeness.Partnering with Legal, Treasury, Finance, and Tax teams on governance aspects of corporate reorganizations/restructurings.Helping streamline and manage corporate governance processes and compliance risks.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university.Experience in corporate registration procedures in France (additional experience in Spain, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal is a plus).Experience in coordinating with internal and external legal counsel on governance tasks.Experience in using new technology for subsidiary management and governance.Experience in performing legal research.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed further include:Experience in demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and manage a high volume and complex workload.Solid proofreading skills.Comfortable working with all levels of management.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with an electronic board portal, such as Diligent Boards.Notary public qualification.Work location: Hybrid.
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic.
