Job Summary

As a Paralegal for Legal Entity Governance, you will play a critical role in supporting Solventum subsidiaries in France, Italy, Israel, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal with their annual governance and compliance process. You will also supervise and direct the work of 3rd-party service providers for corporate and subsidiary governance, maintaining Solventum's corporate records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Solventum subsidiaries in France, Italy, Israel, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal with their annual governance and compliance process
  • Supervise and direct the work of 3rd-party service providers for corporate and subsidiary governance
  • Maintain Solventum's corporate records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Partner with Legal, Treasury, Finance, and Tax teams on governance aspects of corporate reorganizations/restructurings

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Experience in corporate registration procedures in France (additional experience in Spain, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal is a plus)
  • Experience in coordinating with internal and external legal counsel on maintenance of governance tasks in support of legal entities
  • Experience in using new technology for subsidiary management and governance
  • Experience in performing legal research

What We Offer

Solventum offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including a hybrid work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a comprehensive compensation package.
