Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team at Otis. This is a fixed-term contract for maternity leave with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description

This role will support the development and delivery of internal and external communications across EMEA and Americas regions. You will work closely with senior directors and international communications professionals to identify multi-channel opportunities that drive business impact.

  • Provide strategic advice to operating unit leadership on messaging, crisis management, colleague engagement, and social impact programs.
  • Liaise between the Director of Communications and global teams to ensure effective communication and program support.
  • C Coordinate the roll-out of company-wide, regional, and operating unit programs and messaging.
  • Develop original content for leadership messaging, social media, press releases, and intranet sites.
  • Execute communications initiatives and events at the local/operating unit level.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong network of relationships across functions and locations.
  • A proven track record of driving results, achieving objectives, and exceeding goals.
  • The ability to instill trust through direct and truthful communication.
  • Business insight into how organizations operate and make money.
  • Experience in communications or marketing roles in an international matrix environment.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as smart working, PDR, and welfare packages.
