**Posizione**:
Axpo Servizi e Produzione Italia S.p.A. ricerca, per la sede di Genova, una risorsa da inserire in qualità di Engineering Manager.
Nell'ambito del dipartimento Maintenance and Engineering, che fornisce tra gli altri supporto tecnico e diagnostico agli asset del gruppo (due centrali a ciclo combinato da 800 MW) il EM si occuperà del follow-up ingegneristico delle unità di generazione, ausilari e BOP al fine di ottimizzare la disponibilità dell'impianto e gli interventi manutentivi. Fornirà inoltre supporto in caso di disservizi agli impianti.
La risorsa sarà chiamata ad occuparsi di:
Ingegneria e supporto agli impianti:
- Stesura di specifiche tecniche relative a modifiche o in generale interventi sugli impianti anche a livello manutentivo; allineamenti tecnici e discussioni con i fornitori
- Supporto ingegneristico a fronte di eventi di guasto sugli impianti
- Supporto ingegneristico durante le attività di manutenzione
- Analizzare le modalità di funzionamento degli impianti con particolare riferimento allo stress ed al consumo di vita individuando eventuali contromisure.
- Effettuare, a fronte di eventi anomali, diagnosi di guasto individuando le azioni per mitigare o risolvere la problematica.
- Proporre eventuali interventi migliorativi derivanti dallo sviluppo tecnologico.
Reporting
- Supportare la funzione diagnostica nell'elaborazione della reportistica per specifici eventi
- Acquisti
- Redigere le necessarie specifiche tecniche da allegare agli ordini, supportando, quando richiesto, l'ufficio acquisto nelle fasi di allineamento tecnico per quanto di competenza
- Emettere, nei tempi utili, le RdA di competenza per l'approvvigionamento di beni e servizi necessari.
- Budget & Forecast
- Collaborare con il Contract Manager alla redazione del budget di manutenzione e ai periodici forecast per quanto di competenza
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in ingegneria preferibilmente meccanica o elettrica
- Da 5 a 10 anni di esperienza maturata nel medesimo ruolo, presso aziende strutturate. La provenienza dal settore energetico è considerata un plus
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Completano il profilo proattività, flessibilità e leadership, buone capacità comunicative, organizzative e relazionali
- Disponibilità a trasferte.
