Our diverse business lines ensure the company is a leading player in a wide variety of global markets.Position:ROW Service Engineer - Battery Energy Storage Systems and Hybrid Technology GensetsResponsibilities:Provide the necessary technical support to the branches related to BESS and Hybrid gensets product line.Lead the BESS and Hybrid gensets product line services and be a reference for any technical support and consultation.Manage the definition and production of technical training materials and troubleshooting guidance for all BESS and Hybrid gensets product line.Coordinate with factory to resolve field quality issues.Provide technical consultations on warranty reviews and approvals.Monitor the aftersales cases for BESS and Hybrid gensets and report on monthly basis to quality and RD departments.About the Candidate:Proven experience in a similar role with a reputed organization.Strong communicator with the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues.Intermediate computer skills.Solution-focused with excellent customer service skills.Strong technical experience with the ability to diagnose troubleshoot control panels, automatic transfer switches, and read all electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.Proven experience in generator controller programming.Proven experience in generator paralleling and synchronization.Proven experience in hybrid systems and inverters.Ability to prepare service technical reports.Job Location:Casole d'Elsa (Siena)Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.
The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
