Il Contract Support – Assistente di Commessa è una figura cardine del gruppo di lavoro dedicato ad uno specifico cliente/progetto che, nell'ambito del gruppo di lavoro assegnato alla commessa, supporta il responsabile nella gestione di tutte le attività quotidiane, garantendo la costante connessione con tutte le funzioni centrali (HR, Finance, EHS).

Responsabilità: Collaborazione con il Contract Manager per la gestione delle attività di chiusura mensile Gestione del processo di stato avanzamento lavori verso il cliente e fornitori Valutazione della performance delle attività subappaltate Supporto al responsabile per la creazione di specifici documenti e report relativi all'andamento della commessa Supporto alle funzioni Quality, EHS e People per la gestione di tutte le relative tematiche della commessa Identificazione ed implementazione di opportunità per il contenimento dei costi al fine di migliorare l'efficienza dei servizi erogati Requisiti: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Capacità analitiche Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, con specifico riferimento al programma Excel Buone capacità relazionali Buone doti organizzative Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi ed in contesti complessi Attitudine al lavorare di squadra Patente B Disponibilità a sopralluoghi in affiancamento al responsabile e ad eventuali trasferte Cosa offriamo: Buoni pasto: 8,00 euro/giorno RAL e Inquadramento: da valutare sulla base dell'esperienza del candidato Flessibilità oraria Possibilità di SmartWorking Dotazioni: Smartphone, Laptop aziendale Opportunità: Il ruolo di Contract Support consente di entrare in contatto con altre realtà multinazionali e leader di settore, permettendo di sviluppare hard e soft skills.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Accreditation or degree from a two-year program with emphasis in accounting or finance required plus a minimum of one year accounting or finance experience required. Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance or related field preferred.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES: None

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE: Requires basic knowledge of accounting terms.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and solve basic problems in standard and non-standard situations.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and procedures.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
