We're Humamy, an innovative start-up within the Bending Spoons group, dedicated to revolutionizing the food industry through a fully plant-based offering. We're now looking for a logistics coordinator to help us ensure the seamless shipment of our products. From day one, this role comes with high autonomy, considerable responsibility, and substantial personal growth.
A few examples of your responsibilitiesEnsure smooth shipments to our customers, by preparing all the necessary documents (such as DDT, etc.) and handling all logistic process issues.Control the inbound of finished products at our logistics center.Manage the inventory of finished products and consumable materials.What we look forIndependence. Showing independence and initiative, you get to the core of what needs to be done and find a way to accomplish it.Diligence. You fulfill all your responsibilities to the best of your ability, regardless of how much you like the task at hand. Far from being too academic or obsessive in your perfectionism, you understand that speed is often as important as quality when getting things done in a competitive world.Problem-solving attitude. You're ready to deal with unforeseen changes made at the last minute. You never hold back, and you approach and solve possible issues in a calm, fast, and pragmatic way.You live near Brescia, or are ready to relocate. You'll have to visit our logistics center near Brescia a couple of times a week.Proficiency in Italian. You read, write, and speak proficiently in Italian.What we offerInspiring mission.
