Le principali attività assegnate saranno:
- Attività di data-entry, assicurando la corretta registrazione sui sistemi gestionali sia della merce in entrata sia degli ordini in uscita.
- Supporto alla pianificazione delle operations di magazzino, in funzione delle priorità e del personale disponibile
- Verifica della corrispondenza tra ordini e spedizioni, gestendo eventuali incongruità
- Modifica a gestionale gli ordini esistenti in base alle varie richieste.
- Gestione di eventuali reclami.
- Assicurare che le anomalie in In/Out vengano gestite e risolte in accordo con fornitori e Cliente nei tempi e modi stabiliti, supportando le Operations nell'analisi delle cause delle stesse
Viene considerato requisito fondamentale un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto **Office**.
