Job Description Il Sales Director GDS avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
gestire e sviluppare una strategia commerciale e marketing sul canale della GDS e GDO;gestire un team di 5 risorse a diretto riporto, formandoli e supportandoli anche attraverso un affiancamento sul territorio; gestire e sviluppare una reportistica settimanale per la direzione generale;raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato e marginalità assegnati. Competenze ed esperienza Il Sales Director GDS dovrà avere le seguenti caratteristiche:
laurea magistrale;esperienza maturata nel settore del largo consumo, possibilmente su prodotti affini, sul canale della GDS;esperienza nella gestione di un team di risorse a diretto riporto;ottime doti di negoziazione e di leadership;ampia disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio. Completa l'offerta Ottima opportunità di carriera, non è previsto smart working.
