Inside sales representative est un rôle clé et déterminant au sein d'Almond.
Sa mission consiste à gérer le cycle complet de vente en interne, depuis la génération de leads jusqu'à la clôture de la vente. Sous la responsabilité directe du Directeur Acquisition et Développement, il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, avant-vente et marketing, afin de répondre aux besoins des clients et des prospects. Il/elle représente Almond à travers une gamme de produits et de services définis.
Programme de vos journées : 
1 - Gestion des Leads :
Identifier et qualifier les prospects via des appels sortants, des emails, et des réseaux sociaux. Utiliser des outils CRM pour suivre les interactions avec les clients potentiels et existants. 2 - Développement des Opportunités :
Comprendre les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées. Se reposer sur des experts avant-ventes pour répondre aux enjeux et objectifs des clients. 3 - Négociation et Clôture des Ventes :
Préparer et envoyer des propositions commerciales. Clôturer les ventes 4 - Suivi et Reporting :
Maintenir des enregistrements précis des activités de vente et des prévisions dans le CRM. Fournir des rapports réguliers sur les performances à la direction. 5 - Collaboration Interne :
Travailler en synergie avec l'équipe marketing pour aligner les efforts de génération de leads. Coordonner avec les équipes techniques et commerciale pour garantir une satisfaction client optimale. 6 - Formation Continue :
Participer à des formations continues pour rester à jour sur les produits, les techniques de vente, et les tendances du marché. Qualifications Être diplômé à minima d'un Niveau Licence en administration des affaires, marketing, ventes ou dans un domaine connexe Maitrise d'un anglais courant et professionnel Avoir déjà effectué à minima des missions commerciales Qualités personnelles recherchées :

Contrat VIE de 12 mois
Les + de ce VIE Un VIE au sein de l'équipe Sales, c'est l'opportunité de travailler avec des personnes spécialisées dans le domaine et fortes d'une expérience de plusieurs années  Ce VIE est vu comme une période de pré-embauche. Un poste en CDI pourrait donc être proposé à son issue.
