**Concrètement votre quotidien ?**

Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des risques après « financial close » d’un portefeuille de transactions qui vous est attribué.

Vous assurez en temps et en heure les revues annuelles de crédit, la gestion des demandes de waiver, du suivi du respect des engagements de l’emprunteur et, de manière générale, la gestion de l'ensemble des procédures internes après le financial close, dont les mémos Watch List et Doubtful Debt.

Vous utilisez, interprétez et/ou maintenez les modèles financiers selon les besoins. Vous contribuez aux deals teams lors de refinancements, restructuration.

Vous participez aux réunions de la banque avec les clients, aux visites de sites, à la rédaction des rapports y afférents.

Vous assistez les SBO de ERI lors du processus de renouvellement des KYC. Vous assurez la présentation et/ou la participation aux comités de crédit.

Enfin, vous collaborez avec les différents intervenants internes comme les Middle et Back Offices, Risk, les autres équipes d’ERI et les métiers spécialisés (Export, Global Markets,) ainsi qu’avec les différents intervenants externes comme les agents des crédits, les conseillers juridiques et techniques.

Vous rejoignez l’équipe d’analyste de l'équipe Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) du département Energy,Resource & Infrastucture (ERI) composée de 4 personnes à Milan. ERI est l'entité au sein de BNP Paribas en charge des financements de projet dans la région Europe, Moyen-Orient et Afrique.

L'Equipe à une connaissance sectorielle spécifique, notamment dans les secteurs
- Energies (principalement, renouvelables, farmes éoliennes et solairs, hydroéléctriques et énergies conventionnels)
- Infrastructures (project basés sue des Concessions dans les secteurs du gas et hydrolique, déchets, aeroports, regulated assets).

Les bureaux sont situés dans la ville de Milan et son facilement accessible en métro, bus, vélo.

La fonction d'analyste dans l'équipe CPM est un excellent moyen de rentrer dans le monde du financement de projet. Vous développez votre capacité d'analyse, son sens du détail. Vous apprenez comment analyser du "cash-flow lending", les différents aspects juridique du financement de projet,...

Vous êtes en contact avec les différents intervenants (sponsors, conseils juridiques/ techniques/ assurances) d'un financement de projet. En suivant un portefeuille de transactions vous acquerrez une large expertise sectorielle et vous créez rapidement un référentiel de transactions en financement de projet.

**A vous de nous convaincre **

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master avec une spécialisation en finance structurée et vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 6 mois minimum (stage et alternance inclus) sur un poste similaire.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Vous parlez couramment anglais et avez un niveau avancé en Italien.

Rigoureux, votre esprit de synthèse et votre adaptabilité seront des atouts essentiels
De plus, votre capacité à collaborer et à votre orientation résultats seront des atouts pour réussir sur ce poste.
