Per il potenziamento della B.U. R&D, stiamo ricercando un* R&D Plants Engineer in Design. La risorsa, riportando al R&D Manager, si occuperà di:

Collaborare con il team di Ricerca e Sviluppo per progettare e implementare impianti energetici innovativi e sostenibili, con particolare attenzione alla produzione e stoccaggio di vettori energetici gassosi; Analizzare e ottimizzare le prestazioni degli impianti energetici esistenti, identificando opportunità di miglioramento e implementando soluzioni efficaci; Sviluppare modelli di simulazione per valutare l'efficienza energetica e il rendimento degli impianti, includendo l'integrazione di diversi settori (sector coupling) per massimizzare la sinergia tra i vari sistemi energetici; Monitorare e analizzare le tendenze e le tecnologie emergenti nel settore dell'energia, valutandone l'impatto potenziale sugli impianti aziendali e sui vettori energetici utilizzati; Gestire la progettazione, l'installazione, il collaudo e la conduzione di impianti energetici prototipali, garantendo il rispetto delle normative vigenti e la sicurezza nell'uso dei vettori energetici gassosi; Fornire supporto tecnico e formazione per garantire una corretta gestione e utilizzo degli impianti energetici e dei vettori gassosi; Produrre ed elaborare report tecnici e presentazioni sui risultati delle ricerche condotte e sulle performance degli impianti prototipali. Requisiti richiesti: Laurea Magistrale/Specialistica in Ingegneria Energetica, Meccanica, Elettrica o affini. Preferibile Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 1-2 anni. Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e del Pacchetto Office. Conoscenza di SW CAD e di dimensionamento meccanico. Conoscenza approfondita delle normative energetiche e delle tecnologie correlate. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Predisposizione a svolgere le proprie attività lavorative in team. Problem solving, proattività e orientamento all'innovazione. Sede di lavoro: Lamezia Terme (CZ), Calabria.

Si valutano anche profili alla prima esperienza professionale con background accademico coerente con i requisiti sopra elencati.
