Bardi, Italia Ruby Labs A tempo pieno

About us At WinTech, we are at the forefront of innovation, crafting cutting-edge consumer products that shape the future. Our diverse portfolio spans the health, education, and entertainment sectors, offering exciting opportunities to make a real impact. Our dynamic teams are the driving force behind our success, and we're always on the lookout for passionate individuals eager to join us on this journey of transformation.

About the role We are creating a new D2C product in the LegalTech/InfoTech category, and we are looking for a highly motivated Growth Product Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and communicating the product backlog to ensure our Acquisition, Activation, and Monetization journeys meet customer needs and drive sustainable growth.

As the Growth Product Manager, you will be focused on running A/B tests to improve the conversion rate at the top and bottom of the funnel, directly impacting revenue, customer satisfaction, and key growth metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). You will join a dynamic cross-functional Product team, focused on outcomes and empowered to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and business results.

Key Responsibilities Define and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and Conversion Rates for your team. Lead and improve the product development process, ensuring that growth features are shipped on time and with high quality, while also driving incremental improvements through A/B testing and iteration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (user experience research, design, data science, marketing) and customers to identify key problems, optimize funnel performance, and propose A/B tested solutions that have a meaningful impact on core growth metrics. Develop a deep understanding of our customers throughout their onboarding and entire lifecycle journey, advocating for solutions based on their most significant needs and pain points. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize customer Acquisition, Activation, and Retention, ensuring that our growth strategies align with company objectives. Become the resident expert in understanding and communicating customer current and future needs, building strategies and roadmaps that bring delight to customers and maximize LTV. Dive deep into data on the competitive environment and user behavior to propose strategies that drive customer acquisition efficiency and improve ROAS. Drive consensus with the leadership team and the wider product organization to define, prioritize, and own a growth-centric roadmap, focused on user and business impact. Prioritize and execute (i.e., product requirement documents, sprint plans, epics, user stories) with your pod (design, engineering, data science) to launch high-quality customer experiences that drive growth. Assist Engineering managers in leading agile software development ceremonies including daily standups, grooming, planning, and retrospectives. Qualifications Proven track record of building product experiences that drive customer Acquisition, Activation, and Retention. Experience in defining and optimizing key growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and Conversion Rates. Expertise in creating and reviewing user stories (including granular breakdowns, acceptance criteria, and QA) that support growth initiatives. Experience building and scaling products for Web & Mobile/Native App experiences. Strong ability to prioritize the product backlog while balancing customer needs, resource availability, and growth opportunities. Skilled in collating and defining feature requirements from stakeholders that align with growth objectives. Ensure that all product endeavors are highly organized, systematically tracked, and drive the success of OKRs, particularly those related to growth. Nice to haves High energy, with a passion for driving growth. Data-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
