Consulente Adecco cerca per Azienda metalmeccanica con casa madre tedesca ed in forte espansione un/una Continuous Improvement Manager.
La figura dovrà coordinare e garantire l'attuazione dei processi, degli strumenti e dei metodi produttivi volti a raggiungere miglioramenti sostenibili sui risparmi dei costi.
Mansioni:
- Coordinare e implementare processi, strumenti e metodi LEAN nel rispetto delle linee guida della casa madre
- Promuovere e avviare iniziative LEAN nella fabbrica e garantirne un'attuazione sostenibile (ad esempio, 5S, KAIZEN, SMED, ecc.)
- Garantire la sostenibilità e lo sviluppo di una vera cultura LEAN nell'azienda
- Supervisionare la formazione sui principi generali e sui processi LEAN da implementare presso l'azienda per tutti i dipendenti interessati
- Effettuare audit interni
- Partecipare ad eventuali eventi speciali LEAN presso altri siti del gruppo
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pratica nell'applicazione e nell'implementazione dei processi, degli strumenti e dei metodi LEAN
- Ottime abilità di comunicazione e di leadership
- Conoscenza avanzata della suite MS Project (Excel e PowerPoint) per elaborare ed analizzare dati relativi ai processi aziendali
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
