Inserimento iniziale di 12 mesi con FISSO MENSILE;Percorso di crescita professionalizzante;Formazione quotidiana.Descrizione:
Il candidato ideale avrà almeno 2 o 3 anni di esperienza nel settore e dovrà gestire l'assistenza tecnica ed informatica rivolta a tutti i dipendenti, da remoto e in loco, presso la sede aziendale. Inoltre, fornirà supporto nel continuo aggiornamento del sistema informativo, con l'obiettivo di migliorare la gestione del servizio stesso.
Responsabilità:
Configurazione hardware e software per PC, stampanti, telefoni VoIP, smartphone;Gestione e monitoraggio delle richieste degli utenti, da remoto e in loco, tramite il sistema di ticketing Help Desk;Preparazione/installazione/aggiornamento di PC/licenze/sostituzione di parti hardware;Risoluzione dei problemi tecnici e supporto;Gestione dei dispositivi e delle loro funzionalità (stampanti/Wi-Fi/PC/proiettori);Gestione amministrativa dei fornitori IT (preventivi e ordini);Requisiti:
Diploma di maturità informatica o partecipazione a corsi tecnici specifici;Conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;Conoscenza dell'hardware informatico;Esperienza pregressa, anche breve, nel settore informatico nelle stesse mansioni;Conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta (B2).Si offre un contratto a tempo determinato per sostituzione maternità.
