Adecco Italia Spa ricerca per grande Gruppo industriale del settore lavorazione plastica per ambito Infrastrutturale, Edilizio ed Energetico per la sede di Zola Predosa (BO): PROJECT ENGINEER MANAGER - PROGETTI CAPEX Il profilo ricercato ha conseguito una formazione ad indirizzo Tecnico - Ingegneristico, ad indirizzo Meccanico o Gestionale ed ha maturato una comprovata esperienza nel ruolo ed in aziende del Settore Infrastrutturale o Metalmeccanico.
La figura, nel ruolo di Engineering Project Manager, gestirà un portafoglio di progetti CAPEX per lo sviluppo di vari siti produttivi e avrà la responsabilità di gestire l'intero processo dalla specifica del progetto all'esecuzione e alla messa in servizio, garantendo la qualità della consegna e l'allineamento con i suoi clienti interni (Manufacturing / Supply chain / Administration).
Il candidato lavorerà a stretto contatto con soggetti esterni (servizi di ingegneria e fornitori) e nello specifico: • La figura si occuperà della gestione del progetto lungo l'intero ciclo di vita.
• Assicurarsi che tutti i progetti vengano consegnati in modo sicuro, puntuale, entro l'ambito e il budget.
• Definire gli ambiti e gli obiettivi del progetto, coinvolgendo tutte le parti interessate e garantendo la fattibilità tecnica.
• Sviluppare una stima dei costi e dei tempi.
• Sviluppare un piano di progetto dettagliato per pianificare le tappe chiave del progetto, i flussi di lavoro e le attività e per monitorare i progressi.
• Garantire l'esecuzione impeccabile dei progetti attraverso la supervisione diretta e/o il coordinamento di terze parti/fornitori.
• Gestisci i contratti con venditori e fornitori assegnando attività e comunicando i risultati attesi.
• Aggiornamento frequente del progetto a SteerCo e alle parti interessate.
• Creare e mantenere una documentazione completa del progetto, comprese le specifiche tecniche.
Responsabilità: Si richiede: • laurea in ingegneria meccanica, industriale o gestionale; • comprovata esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli similari in realtà manifatturiere; • gradita la conoscenza anche minima dei software CAD; • esperienza nel coordinare progetti capex; • forti doti analitiche, capacità di lavorare in team e attitudine al problem solving; • disponibilità a trasferte presso siti dei clienti italiani in cui i progetti sono in fase di sviluppo e/o esecuzione.
Costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza pregressa nell'industria della plastica e/o nel processo di estrusione o stampaggio ad iniezione.
Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato con RAL da valutare in base all'esperienza.
