Alliance Resource Group has partnered with a very successful $80M manufacturer and is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead all accounting matters. The Job: As the Assistant Controller, you will be a strategic partner to leadership. Working under the Controller, this role will prepare financial statements, oversee a small team, and support operations. Additional responsibilities: Facilitate the month-end close process. Complete monthly account reconciliations. Provide accurate reporting for management. Support the audit process. Implement new processes and procedures. Assist in budgeting and forecasting. Preferred background: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Engineering with a Business minor preferred. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Must be proficient with MS Office and any variety of ERP systems. J-18808-Ljbffr
