Job Duties:
Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezersUtilize laptop and phone to document and research informationProvide exceptional and timely customer serviceMaintain tools, equipment and company vansExperience required:
High school diploma or equivalent is requiredValid driver's license2 years' experience as an in-home service providerExcellent customer service skillsComputer skillsExcellent communication skillsMechanical and electrical knowledgeMust be able to lift 50 pounds**Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
