ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Depot Service Engineer for MMS Infusion business, You will deliver efficient and timely services related to pre & post-sales support, maintenance & repair, hardware & software installation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer technical training, and other related services. This role primarily operates from a depot location but may require support within a defined territory as needed or requested.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Provide professional and friendly customer support to ensure high customer happiness.
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to promote products and achieve business targets.
- Develop positive relationships with colleagues and share market intelligence.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to optimally support customers.
- Complete timely and quality repairs, maintaining equipment and tools.
- Handle depot stock inventory for accuracy.

**About you**:

- Technical High School (Electrical/Electronic or IT) diploma or degree in Biotechnologies.
- Demonstrable understanding of PC hardware, windows operating systems and basic networking.
- MS Office Proficiency
- English Proficiency.
- Florence Metropolitan Area Based.
