Il tuo nuovo ruolo
In ottica di ampliamento dell'organico siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Head of Marketing – Animal Health.Il/la candidato/a, risponderà direttamente al General Manager occupandosi della definizione e attuazione di strategie a breve/medio/lungo termine per il portafoglio di prodotti Pet Health (PH) a livello nazionale; Rappresenta il Paese all'interno del team internazionale, supportando le specificità locali attraverso l'analisi degli scenari di mercato.
Nello specifico si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Supervisione, coordinamento ed esecuzione di Country Affiliate Category e Brand Planning preparati dal PH Marketing Team.Coordinare i membri del team al fine di elaborare piani omnicanale appropriati che si rivolgono ai clienti rilevanti (veterinario, proprietario di animali domestici, commercio)Sviluppare la strategia e l'attivazione del marchio per i marchi localiCoordinare l'esecuzione dell'implementazione delle campagne di marketing nazionali per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita.Gestione delle spese operative di marketing e allocazione delle risorse tra i membri del team.Garantire, sulla base di una strategia definita e in accordo con i responsabili delle vendite, la pianificazione annuale e quinquennale del bilancio, attraverso: l'analisi dei dati di spesa storici, l'analisi dell'evoluzione del mercato, la definizione delle priorità di spesa, l'analisi dei requisiti di miglioramento della struttura.Contribuire alla definizione e alla proposta della politica commerciale (prezzo medio, sconti, crediti) attraverso una costante analisi della specifica area geografica, in accordo con il Sales Manager.Analizzare le esigenze e i requisiti interagendo con Brand Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Digital e e-commerce Manager, Sales Team e clienti, determinando le ricerche di mercato appropriate volte a valutare i risultati delle campagne, raccogliere le informazioni dei clienti, identificare le tendenze e le esigenze, ecc.Supportare i team di vendita, incontrare clienti e consumatori e raccogliere feedback in prima persona.Gestire i prezzi di brand e prodotti, l'esposizione e il controllo dei prezzi, in collaborazione con il Sales ManagerCostruire relazioni positive con gli organismi esterni pertinenti, come KOLs, agenzie pubblicitarie, fornitori chiave ecc.Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo Laurea in materie scientifiche o economiche.
(un plus è la laurea in Scienze veterinarie).Solida esperienza di marketing e vendita (almeno 7-8 anni) acquisita in campo Veterinario/Animal health/Pet food/Humana Pharma.Empatia e passione per il settore veterinario della salute animaleLeadership e capacità di guidare i membri del team verso risultati eccellenti e crescita professionaleEccellenti capacità organizzative.Disponibilità a viaggiare all'interno dell'Italia, e talvolta regione europea, fino al 40%.
