Job Description
As our next Maintenance Assistant, you….
Makes sure that fire security installations are in good working order,Runs regular checks on technical equipment to prevent any problems,Implements corrective action plans,Follows PPM plans instigated by the Maintenance ManagerChecks application of water hygiene procedures,Advises the Maintenance Manager when specialist intervention is required,Ensure the evolution of his/her knowledge and the safety of their interventionsRespects guests' privacy and works without disturbing them,Actively contributes to guests' comfortTracks and optimises energy consumptionApplies the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc)Respects the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc), and ISO regulationsActively contributes to the safety of people and property (ensuring safety exits remain clear of obstruction etc) Qualifications Skills / Qualities

Your experience and skills include:
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
