The IET organization consists of five product lines which all build on Baker Hughes existing and strong foundation of rotating equipment, electric-power, pumps, valves, gears, sensor, precision instrumentation, and industrial software and hardware technologies and services: Partner with the best In this role you will collaborate with global business units, leveraging your business acumen, data analysis skills, and recruitment expertise to deliver talent strategy through hiring. As a Talent Acquisition and Insights Partner, you will be responsible for: Partnering with global business units to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.Leveraging market research, data analysis, and industry knowledge to identify and source top talent pools.Embedding DEI in the TA and Leadership recruitment activities.Developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates (e.g. employer branding, social media recruiting, attending industry events).Analyzing recruitment data to identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of recruitment activity for your assigned business unit.Developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with business leaders and act as talent consultant.Staying current on industry trends and best practices in your industry segment.Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Understand business operations, market dynamics, and competition in energy technology.Be able to analyze talent acquisition data, optimize sourcing strategies, and measure recruiting impact.Have exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.Be able to identify and solve talent challenges, and be able to attract and retain talent effectively.Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
