**Il ruolo**
Un Retail Artist è un vero e proprio ambasciatore del marchio per Charlotte Tilbury.
Attraverso la combinazione di arte e commercio, il nostro Retail Artist raggiunge gli obiettivi promuovendo la centralità del cliente e dimostrando un'eccezionale abilità artistica; non c'è sfida che non accolga con entusiasmo
**Principali responsabilità**
- Impegnarsi per raggiungere e superare le vendite e gli obiettivi personali, compresi i KPI (indicatori essenziali di prestazione) specifici dell'azienda e gli obiettivi economici.
- Essere responsabili del controllo delle scorte e del merchandising dei diversi stand della propria area e segnalare al manager eventuali incidenti che potrebbero verificarsi.
- Sviluppare forti relazioni con il personale dei negozi visitati.
- Creare la consapevolezza del marchio condividendo la magia con i clienti e con il personale Sephora, dimostrando una forte conoscenza del prodotto e creando un'esperienza eccezionale e memorabile per i clienti.
- Monitorare le prestazioni personali generando report su base giornaliera, settimanale e mensile.
- Essere produttivi nel prenotare gli appuntamenti e massimizzare ogni consulenza, rafforzando la fiducia degli altri.
- Dare l'esempio con standard di cura dell'immagine sempre impeccabili, in conformità con le relative linee guida di Charlotte Tilbury.
- Mostrare un approccio positivo e cooperativo nei confronti del lavoro e dei colleghi.
- Il ruolo richiederà di spostarsi tra i diversi stand vicino alla città di riferimento, pertanto sarà necessaria una certa flessibilità.
- Il ruolo risponderà direttamente all'Area Manager.
**Requirements**:
**La persona**
- Dimostra passione per il marchio Charlotte Tilbury.
- Ha esperienza nel campo della make-up art e/o qualifiche.
- Preferibilmente, ha esperienza di lavoro presso uno stand di prodotti di bellezza.
- Possiede eccellenti capacità di comunicazione.
- Supera le aspettative in termini di vendite, coprendo un ruolo a diretto contatto con il cliente.
- Sa lavorare in modo autonomo e con una mentalità proattiva.
- Possiede un livello intermedio di inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue costituisce un vantaggio.
