Bata is looking for a talented Global Content Creation Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will bring ideas to life by crafting compelling content from concept to delivery for our digital platforms, externally and internally.Genuine opportunities for career and personal developmentDynamic international working environmentAs a Global Content Creation Specialist, you will play a key role in evolving Bata's digital presence by producing high-quality, aesthetic, and engaging content.
Your creative input will support both external campaigns and internal communication strategiesDevelop and execute video content from concept to post-production for social media platforms, corporate website, and internal useLead the Bata Group Linkedin page based on the Editorial planCraft visually appealing graphics and banners for campaigns, events, and announcementsCollaborate on webmastering tasks to maintain content updates on the corporate websiteCreate high-impact corporate presentations and reports for leadership and global eventsTrack and analyse the performance of communication campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for improvementAct as a deputy to the Communications Manager in her absenceSupport the launch of new projects, or Global campaigns, by developing impactful visual and written materialsREQUIREMENTS3-5 years of experience in content creation, video production, and graphic design, ideally in the fashion or footwear industryProficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
)Experience in graphic designProven ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish in a freedom-driven environmentFluent in English (near-native proficiency); Spanish is a plusApassion for the fashion and footwear industry, with prior experience creating content for this fieldExceptional attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sense for producing visually appealing content in graphic design and video editingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment360, Creative and Hands-on mindset with a proactive approach to innovating digital content strategiesLOCATIONLimena (PD)Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
