Developing digital plans and optimizing campaigns(with focus on search, social and programmatic); Building strong strategies on main digital media to meet client's needs and objectives; Building productive working relationships with internal teams, media owners and technology partners; Managing data provision from tagging to reporting and analysis liaising with client, publishers and internal teams (ex.
: Trafficking, Finance); Being actively involved in client's marketing plans and projects, being one of the first point of contact; Keep track and monitor performance on a daily basis in order to identify optimization opportunities; Take responsibility for the digital approach and activations of the assigned client's BU with strong focus on biddable .

You'll be working on one of the most important client and you'll support the Team on digital campaigns with direct report to the Digital Leader .
Qualifications If in your past experience : At least 3-4years of experience in digital media and/or biddable campaigns; Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English; Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads; Excellent knowledge of the office suite (in particular Excel, Powerpoint); A previous experience with campaign management on other platforms besides Facebook and Google, and activation of programmatic display campaigns,will be considered a plus.
If you are : Willing to make the difference in an extremely skilled team within an agile and disruptive organization; Ability to plan, organize, manage time and prioritize tasks; Ready to meet and face new approaches and challenges; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders; Ability to work independently on projects; Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work in a team.
