**Client Description**:
Il nostro cliente, nota società di mediazione creditizia, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un Compliance & AML officer.
**Responsibilities**:
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Privacy: redazione delle clausole privacy dei contratti, partecipazione alla redazione delle policy privacy, distribuzione e raccolta della documentazione privacy interna ed esterna (dipendenti, collaboratori e fornitori).
Manutenzione del registro dei trattamenti, emissione e modifica lettere di nomina
- Supporto ai contenziosi gestiti dagli avvocati della società
- Gestione casella reclami
- Predisposizione documentazione in materia di Trasparenza
- Predisposizione e/o partecipazione alla redazione delle policy aziendali
- Predisposizione e/o modifica modulistica (contratto, documento di sintesi, informativa privacy, scheda analisi rischio, adeguata verifica, foglio informativo) - curare l'aggiornamento della modulistica sul sito e sul sistema gestionale
- Supporto alla rete dei collaboratori in materia antiriciclaggio, gestione errori/anomalie e verifiche rafforzate
- Gestione della funzione antiriclaggio (gestionale e/o pratiche fuori convenzione)
- Controlli requisiti mediazione creditizia
- Predisposizione file e collaborazione per attività di customer satisfaction
- Controlli a campione su tutte le aree geografiche esaminando la documentazione caricata dal collaboratore ai fini delle verifiche antiriciclaggio
- Predisposizione o aggiornamento delle lettere di recesso
- Collaborazione con Internal Audit
- Relazione annuale antiriciclaggio e relazione annuale compliance
- Relazione ex art 6 D. Lgs.31/2014
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo, sarà considerato requisito preferenziale aver maturato esperienza nel settore di riferimento
