Center of Excellence Procurement Manager:
Chi cerchiamo e quali sono le sue attività
Ricerchiamo un/una Center of Excellence Procurement Manager a diretto riporto del Direttore Procurement. La risorsa supporterà le seguenti attività:
Assicurare la revisione, la compliance e il miglioramento ed aggiornamento continuo dei processi e delle procedure di acquisto, incluse le strategie di Categoria, in collaborazione, nonché verificare che le stesse siano correttamente applicate dai buyer.Assicurare la formazione e l'addestramento dei buyer al fine di garantire lo sviluppo delle competenze tecniche anche attraverso iniziative di Knowledge Sharing per il rafforzamento della formazione continua, in collaborazione con la struttura di "Formazione e knowledge management".Garantire la gestione dell'albo fornitori di gruppo, definendone le regole di accesso, di permanenza e di valutazione, e dell'anagrafica dei fornitori, assicurandone la gestione dell'archivio.Supervisionare la gestione dell'albo fornitori e l'evoluzione del Vendor Management (incluso il vendor rating) in coerenza con gli obiettivi di sostenibilità e gestione del rischio del gruppo.Supportare la definizione e il monitoraggio dei fornitori strategici in collaborazione con le altre strutture della Direzione procurement.Garantire l'evoluzione del vendor management (incluso vendor rating) in coerenza con gli obiettivi di sostenibilità e gestione dei rischi del gruppo.Assicurare l'applicazione dei processi di supplier relationship management in stretto allineamento con la struttura di category management e le altre strutture della direzione procurement garantendo la gestione delle verifiche documentali inerenti la dichiarazione dei fornitori.Definire le linee guida ed i criteri per l'analisi di sostenibilità e la valutazione dei fornitori. Il profilo ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Laurea in materie scientifiche o politico-economiche o ingegneria (preferibilmente gestionale).
Ottima capacità di utilizzo del pacchetto office, sourcing tool (es. Jaegger), SAP.
Si richiede esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione dei processi di procurement in aziende strutturate e complesse. È preferita esperienza nella gestione di appalti in ambito pubblico (Codice Appalti).
Sede di lavoro: Monza o Como
Cosa offriamo: Contratto a tempo indeterminato con inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza - Ccnl Gas Acqua. Premio di risultato, Ticket, Smart Working al 60% e orario flessibile.
