Business Services Associate / Jr Consultant About Us Martino & Partners is a consulting firm that develops projects in strategy, organization, procurement, and communication for both public and private entities, in Italy and abroad. We are a dynamic and fast-growing group operating in both the public and private sectors. We value the ability to work independently on projects with responsibility and a drive for excellence. In the public sector, we execute projects for aggregating bodies and contracting stations, particularly in the field of innovative procurement, while in the private sector, we conduct activities and projects to rationalize costs and purchasing processes (strategic procurement). In close collaboration with our partners, we develop projects and interventions in strategy where we are committed to proposing innovative solutions and methodologies, employing diverse but complementary techniques and experiences. Who We're Looking For Public Procurement and strategic purchasing are the focus of our search. We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in public or private procurement. Main Activities In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on activities ranging from analysis and management of spending needs and public demand, market analysis, defining purchasing strategies, to drafting tender documentation. You will work on diverse projects in mixed teams, across different industrial sectors, sometimes directly at the client's location. Qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics and Management or Management Engineering. A Master's degree or specialization in procurement management is a plus. Analytical and quantitative skills to apply to market analysis and analysis of public demand are required. Knowledge and interest in preparing tender documentation and procedures for innovative public procurement are also necessary. Additionally, knowledge of the main methodologies and tools for public procurement through IT platforms (e-procurement) is essential. Skills in Program Management and Project Management, preferably gained in projects supporting Public Administration or complex private organizations, are highly valued. Work Location The search is directed to workplaces in Rome, Milan, and Cagliari. The company is based in Rome and Milan, and availability for travel to our clients' locations is required.
