We are an Italian startup studio and we specialize in creating SaaS startups with a B2B focus.
Every project we undertake combines a simple user experience, advanced data gathering and processing as well as AI elements.
Our team is made up of founders, investors and serial entrepreneurs, open innovation enthusiasts, lean startup fanatics and experts in cloud technologies, user experience and digital marketing.
Our values Success for a startup is not reached by chance or luck, but it's the result of expertise, methodology and resources.
These are the essential ingredients of our startup studio: - Sustainability: Each new startup we create must be useful to society and have a positive impact on people and on our planet by pursuing at least one of the UN Sustainable Development Goals; - Holacracy: 'Old school' hierarchies generate bottlenecks and hinder agility and innovation.
On the contrary, through a hierarchy of roles and not of people, clear responsibilities are shared and we proceed quickly and compactly towards our goals; - Lean approach: Nothing must be produced if its usefulness to the end customer is not demonstrated first.

No one is left alone but it's important to leave the right space for initiative.

By reducing travel, you save money, are more productive (less stressed ;)) and pollute less.
Human contact is also important and we have an office in Milan where we can meet whenever we need to work together (and have fun too).

We are looking for motivated professionals who want to become Co-Founders of new startups and we offer them a validated business idea, an operating model, a team of experts committed to the project and access to capital and investors.
Our approach is different from incubators and accelerators: we are co-founders of all our initiatives, we do not select already formed startups.
We are a partner in the project and we build it together
The co-founder's investment is mainly in terms of time, energy and expertise.
The financial capital that supports the startup comes from existing and new investors, and the co-founder will definitely play a central role in the fundraising activity, not excluding the possibility of direct participation.
Being in a flexible and fast-changing environment, you will play a critical role in taking strategic choices and will feel the impact of these choices right away, having the opportunity to actively participate in the success of our startups and achievement of our mission.
Must have: - Entrepreneurial mindset: open to risk, master of anxiety management - 7+ years of experience in digital roles - Middle or Top Manager in your current or past company - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Open minded, multicultural approach and adaptable to change - Proactivity and willingness to experiment with curiosity - Fluent English Bonus points: - Previous experience in a startup environment as Founder/Co-founder - Experience on digital products, preferably SaaS - Having an investors or/and tech network What we offer: - A validated business idea - Share package of the new startup that is going to be constituted (up to 30%) - Financial capital - Remote work and flexible working hours - A team of experts (tech, UX/UI, marketing, strategy, finance, HR, sales, legal) - Office with swimming pool, gym and sauna included - Coffee and tea available in the office - Work-life balance, lifelong learning and holacratic culture.
