Nello specifico, le tue responsabilità saranno: Approfondire le conoscenze tecnologiche sulla piattaforma ServiceNow.
Approfondire le conoscenze dei processi su cui sono modellate le soluzioni applicative della Piattaforma ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, SecOps, ...).
Approfondire le conoscenze sui processi aziendali e sulle Best Practice di Mercato che supportano le tecnologie e le soluzioni offerte ai Clienti (ITIL, Sicurezza, Standard, Project Management, ...).
Applicare le conoscenze acquisite a supporto di attività progettuali su Cliente finale.
Lavorare in un Team progettuale riportando ad un Project Manager o ad un Technical Leader.
Aiutare e contribuire nella crescita dei Colleghi e della Società.
In funzione delle competenze acquisite potranno essere assegnate delle responsabilità più qualificate in ambito progettuale e di relazione con il Cliente finale.
Cosa ci aspettiamo da te: Avere maturato degli studi in discipline tecniche.
Laurea o diploma in materie scientifiche ed informatiche costituiscono titoli preferenziali.
La conoscenza approfondita della lingua inglese costituisce titolo preferenziale.
Buona conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione tra i quali Java Script, Java, SOAP Webservice, API Programming Java.
Capacità a lavorare in team.
Capacità di comunicazione e relazione con il Cliente.
Capacità di comprensione dell'offerta aziendale e delle esigenze dei Clienti.
Capacità di redazione di analisi concettuali e soluzioni tecniche.
A seconda dell'esperienza maturata, sono aperte posizioni di profilo Junior Consultant, Business Consultant e Specialista di prodotto.
