For our Moncler IT Department, we are seeking a PMO to join the Worldwide Information Security Technology team based at our HQ in Milan. Your impact: The PMO will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and will focus specifically on security and technology-related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with regulations. Activities: Manage project activities related to implementing security measures and controls, coordinating with IT Security Technology and business partners. Analyze and organize roll-out plans, identify operational issues and potential security risks, and define mitigation measures with the team. Oversee third-party functional controls and collaborate with Process Control and Legal to manage cybersecurity risks within approved tolerances. Ensure that IT Security Technology projects align with strategic plans and budgets. Support the monthly reporting of technological activities to Group control functions and Business Partners. Who We Are Looking For Main qualifications: Proven experience in managing complex projects in IT infrastructure, networking, and security Achievement of certifications such as CISM, PMI, CRISC, CGEIT Certification and/or knowledge of DevSecOps, networking, and cloud services concepts is a plus We Would Appreciate a Person That Is: Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and external vendors Skilled in problem solving with strong analytical abilities Curious, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
