Partner Development Specialist (w/m/d)
#yourmission Entwickle und setze innovative Strategien/Initiativen um, um Partnerprogramme zu fördern und den Erfolg innerhalb des Partner-Ökosystems voranzutreiben Unterstütze unsere Technologiepartner bei der Gestaltung der Partnerschaft mit uns und maximiere ihr Potenzial Baue enge Beziehungen zu den Partnern auf und pflege diese zur Gewährleistung einer kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit und Wachstum Etabliere skalierbare Prozesse für verschiedene Partner und internationale Märkte Arbeite eng mit dem Marketingteam zusammen, um die Marketingkampagnen der Partner zu unterstützen und sicherzustellen, dass sie mit unserer Gesamtstrategie übereinstimmen sowie gemeinsame Marketingbemühungen verstärken Stelle in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Legal-Team die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sicher Arbeite mit internen Teams zusammen, um Partnerinitiativen mit unseren Unternehmenszielen abzustimmen #yoursuperpowers Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Partner Channel Management; alternativ: in einer verwandten Funktion, vorzugsweise im technischen Bereich, mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung Nachweisbare erfolgreiche Entwicklung von Partnerprogrammen und Pflege enger Beziehungen Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenzuarbeiten Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld; proaktive Suche nach Lösungen Fließend Englisch, Deutsch wünschenswert Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit für Partnertreffen und Branchenveranstaltungen #beternasuperpowers Ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen in einer spannenden, zukunftssicheren Branche Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben und rasche Verantwortungsübernahme
