Synergie Italia Spa, Divisione Lazio Direzionale, seleziona per importante azienda internazionale leader nel settore aerospace e nella produzioni di aerei civili: Product Assurance Engineer Junior La risorsa si occuperà di stabilire e mantenere le discipline della PA volte a garantire la sicurezza e il successo delle missioni verificandone l'aderenza, per i prodotti, ai materiali, alle parti meccaniche, ai componenti elettrici e ai processi componenti elettrici e dei processi agli standard industriali e a tutti i requisiti applicabili.Principali attività: Interfacciarsi con i clienti e con gli esperti delle discipline per tutti gli aspetti di PA e di qualità; Contribuire alla selezione, all'approvvigionamento, al monitoraggio e alla qualificazione delle parti EEE e al controllo dell'implementazione dei requisiti applicabili; Contributo alla selezione M&P delle soluzioni tecnologiche, partecipazione alle revisioni M&P.Preparazione di tutta la documentazione M&P ad esempio piani e rapporti di verifica del processo, piani di verifica del montaggio, piani e rapporti di qualifica, elenco dei materiali dichiarati, elenco dei processi dichiarati, diagrammi di flusso di produzione.Gestione e trattamento di NCR, deroghe, deviazioni e allarmi.Esecuzione dei KIP e dei MIP; Gestione degli audit interni e presso i fornitori; Partecipazione e contributo alle milestone del programma (es.PDR, CDR, QR) e alle revisioni di produzione (es.MRR, DRB) del programma; Coordinare ed eseguire, ove richiesto, le ispezioni in entrata; Supporto al funzionamento e al monitoraggio delle attività di produzione; Requisiti obbligatori: Laurea magistrale in ingegneria, preferibilmente in ambito aerospaziale, meccanica, elettronica o delle telecomunicazioni Requisiti opzionali: Gradita buona conoscenza dello standard ECSS, Gradita la conoscenza della norma ISO 9001 e/o della norma EN 9100 1/2 anni di esperienza nell'industria dello Spazio e della Difesa Conoscenza degli strumenti di gestione NCR (es.NCTS, NC-CAPA, Eclipse o simili) La conoscenza di SAP Si offre: iniziale contratto a tempo determinato volto al successivo inserimento Inquadramento: RAL 30 - 35K + Premio di risultato variabile, buoni pasto 9,00 per ogni giorno lavorativo di almeno 6 ore Orario: 40h/sett.dal lunedì al giovedì 8.00 - 17.00 (8h30 con 30' di pausa), ven: 8.00 - 14.30 (6h00 con 30' pausa) in smart working Sede: Roma Tiburtina L'offerta è rivolta a candidat? nel rispetto del Dlgs 198/2006 e dei Dlgs 215/2003 e 216/2003.Le persone interessate sono invitate a leggere l' informativa privacy ex artt.13 e 14 del Reg.UE 2016/679.Aut.Min.Prot.N. 1207 – SG del 16/12/2004
