Product Quality Specialist – scarponi da sci Suitex International è stata incaricata, da una strutturata realtà del settore sportivo, di selezionare il Product Quality Specialist scarponi da sci.
Scopo della posizione: garantire che i prodotti soddisfino i più alti standard di qualità, lavorando in stretta collaborazione con il team di produzione e le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte nel processo.
Compiti ed Attività lavorative del Product Quality Specialist:
Gestire e aggiornare il Sistema di Gestione Qualità, assicurando il rispetto delle normative ISO 9001 pianificando ed avviando azioni per il miglioramento continuo Gestire audit interni ed esterni, interfacciandosi con enti certificatori Pianificare e condurre audit interni e presso i contolavoristi per sincerarsi che le attività avvengano in conformità a quanto descritto nella documentazione di sistema Redigere e mantenere aggiornata la documentazione tecnica relativa ai processi di qualità (manuali, procedure, istruzioni operative, fascicoli tecnici prodotti, etc) Eseguire controlli di qualità su materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti per garantire il rispetto delle specifiche e dei requisiti di qualità Monitorare e valutare costantemente i processi di produzione per garantire il rispetto delle norme di qualità Identificare e gestire non conformità, predisponendo azioni correttive e preventive per minimizzare i rischi qualitativi Raccogliere e analizzare i dati derivanti dalle verifiche e dal controllo statistico di processo per l'impostazione di piani di miglioramento Offrire supporto tecnico a R&D, Ufficio Acquisti, industrializzazione e produzione per soddisfare le richieste dei clienti Indicatori chiave di prestazione:
Mantenimento ed aggiornamento del Sistema qualità Monitoraggio dell'andamento degli indicatori di qualità Collegamenti funzionali principali Interni:
Project Leader e Uffici R&D Ufficio Industrializzazione e Produzione Servizio Post Vendita Capacità e competenze richieste al Product Quality Specialist:
Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale/dei Materiali/Chimica Industriale o similari Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Conoscenza del pacchetto Office Disponibilità a viaggi e trasferte Conoscenza delle norme di qualità e dei regolamenti applicabili Capacità di utilizzare strumenti di misurazione e attrezzature di controllo qualità Capacità di analizzare dati e preparare report dettagliati Ottima Capacità di comunicazione Ottime capacità organizzative e di leadership Auditor interno Sistemi di gestione Conoscenza delle tecniche FMEA, FTA, ecc... Esperienza professionale desiderabile:
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel campo delle attività di controllo della qualità e gestione dei sistemi di gestione (ISO 9001) Al Product Quality Specialist sarà offerta l'assunzione immediata a livello impiegatizio presso solido Gruppo con brand famosi, ricchi di storia e consolidati nei mercati.
